We are delighted to have served. once again, as the Direct Management Partner for Assa Abloy’s 2024 Americas Conference.

In this role, the EBS team not only collaborated with Assa Abloy’s planning team to coordinate sessions and logistics during their four-day stay, but we also helped implement fun activities for their employees which included a Casino Night, yoga and breakfast each morning, a fun evening at Bowlero, an event photographer, and so much more.

Our attendees enjoyed a realistic and exciting casino night the beautiful scenery and waterfront views at the Hotel Ballast, along with an array of fun offsite activities including Cape Fear’s Henrietta Historic Boat Tour, dinner at The River Room, multiple days of learning and team building, and so much more.

 

To make this event a success, the EBS team:

1. Completed site inspections of all venues used ahead of time

2. Secured vendors including catering, performers, photographers, and offsite activities for attendees

3. Negotiated all contracts including hotels and vendors  

4. Worked with Assa Abloy’s Planning team to coordinate setup, agendas, and more 

5. Remained onsite throughout their stay to ensure everything ran smoothly
