We are delighted to be the exclusive Event Production Partner for the BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina Foundation multi-city convenings including one of the most recent ones in Wilmington, NC.

As the Event Production Partner, our team project planned with program officers, vendors, presenters, local hotels, restaurants, and other stakeholders to create and facilitate a multi-day stay filled with fun activities and centered on community health.

Our attendees enjoyed the beautiful scenery and waterfront views at the Hotel Ballast, along with an array of fun offsite activities including Cape Fear’s Henrietta Historic Boat Tour, dinner at The River Room, multiple days of learning and team building, and so much more.

 

To make this event a success, the EBS team:

1. Arrived months prior to complete site inspections all venues used 

2. Secured vendors including shuttles, a DJ, catering, and offsite activities for attendees

3. Negotiated all contracts including hotels and vendors  

4. Worked with the Foundation’s programmatic and operations teams to coordinate renting and placing of supplies, agendas, and more
